From the initial quote to when I had my car delivered, everyone was professional and courteous.
Patrick explained how brokers work and how the process for hiring a driver works. When I met the driver, I had to drive out to a local shopping center due to living in a residential area where the truck couldn't easily maneuver, but that's a reasonable request. There was plenty of notice when my car was ready for pick-up and drop-off.
