The bottom line is that Motor Movers (Alice Perry was our contact) got our car to Phoenix on time with no damage. This was the first time we had used such a service so weren't sure what to expect. Service was advertised as "door-to-door" but pick up driver wouldn't come to our house and only had two locations in our town he would meet us. Pick up was also a day later that arranged. For drop off we weren't available the day it got there and Alice was kind enough to take delivery at her office for us and hold the car for pick up. Not sure what we would have done if MM's office had not been in Phoenix.

I'm not real clear on how the pricing worked. Original quote was $815 which I understood meant $100 by credit card to Motor Movers at loading and $715 to driver at delivery. Final amounts after driver was arranged were $181 to MM at loading and $700 to driver at delivery for final total of $881 (i.e. driver cost was less than original quote and MM fee was more).

Did not have any damage so can't comment on claims process.
