Mercedes was very helpful since this was the first time I used a car transport. She answered all my questions and worries. The gentleman who picked up my vehicle was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable dealing with him. I did not expect my car to be put on such a large 18-wheeler and there was some difficulty getting into the neighborhood, but it all worked out. I would use this company again.
