First, let me say that my experience with Alice Perry and Motor Movers Auto Transport Company was great. Alice was very helpful and extremely prompt. She answered all of my questions and I had lots of questions because I'd never transported a vehicle before.

The only problem I had was during the actual transport. The truck driver didn't follow directions very well. He turned left instead of right at pickup and ended up in front of a school instead of on an empty street as discussed with him. Instead of going around the block to avoid the school zone, he just stopped and wanted the keys to the car. He did the paperwork real fast and sent us on our way.

Everybody makes mistakes, but he did the same kind of thing when he delivered the car in Oregon. He didn't turn into the restaurant parking lot where he would have been out of the way. Instead he stopped in the turning lane in the middle of a very busy street and dropped the car off the truck right there.

Motor Transport Co. was great. The trucking company driver - not so much!
