My experience with Motor Movers was great. I felt Patrick handled our move with knowledge, experience and great customer service and was with me every step of the way, from the first phone call to the drop off of our 1969 Mustang. My husband and I were on our PCS move from Virginia to California with only a short window to have the car picked up and dropped off. Patrick answered any questions I had or made any changes I needed to make to our delivery promptly and was always courteous with his responses. I felt he had my best interest in mind when dealing with the trucking companies and/or the independent drivers making sure we were getting a reasonable rate for our move. Patrick helped make my move across the country a lot smoother and with a lot less headaches. Once the car was on the truck headed across country he called regularly to check on the status of our car and to see if we needed anything. Ten days later we received our car in California with a couple hiccups with the time for delivery and a little damage to the front end of the Mustang but nothing major. Patrick was great on the phone making sure we noted it in the delivery paperwork and offered his help to get the issue resolved. He asked to be contacted if we needed further assistance with the issue and to let him know the outcome with the trucking company. Luckily it was very small and the issue was resolved rather quickly. Really fantastic service, and would recommend them to broker your car transport!!! Thank you Patrick.
