This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I was very apprehensive throughout my initial search for a carrier/broker to ship my daughter's car....until I met Alice Perry. I felt very safe and confident after talking to her, thanks much for that!
Throughout the wait, pickup, and delivery; I felt great about our communication.

I must admit....the name of the game when it comes to shipping a vehicle...is Patience. I think that its the nature of the beast of shipping a car, to have a....wide range of pick up days and delivery days. I don't think a broker has much of a "say-so" here though.

Anyway, my experience all round was great. The staff at Motor Movers were prompt, polite, and helpful. Even the driver that accepted to shipping was great. Again, you're at the mercy of the driver's schedule, once he accepts the job, picks up, and delivers!! Yes, my driver was late to pick-up and to deliver....but remember...he's trying to make a living, and making as much money as he can coordinating other p/u's and deliveries. And I appreciate his hard work.
