Horrible. Lost my car For 4 days with no communication from the driver. Driver would not call back or answer phone. Came close to reporting it stolen. Called customer service 8 times with a promise of a status update. Not once was I called back.

The transporter that they used ended up damaging my vehicle, they broke my turn signal switch which not requires removing the steering wheel and replacing the switch as well as chipping the paint on the door when they open the door, very careless.
