I have never needed a car transferred before so this was all new. The helpful website made everything clear as to my responsibilities, the responsibilities of the person sending me the car, and what the transporter would do.
They did a wonderful job of contacting me at each step in the process. I'm not sure if I'll ever need to ship a car again but if I do, I would sure use Montway again!
