Thank you for reaching out to us about your experience. We sincerely apologize for the behavior of this driver. Our carrier compliance team has been notified of your comments, and they will address the driver’s actions with them directly. There will also be a note added to the carrier/driver profile for future reference.
Please understand this is the exception and not the norm. Montway has over 20,000 carriers in our network, and while these situations do occur, they are rare and are addressed immediately.
