Great experience with this stressful task thanks to Montway. It is made clear that pick up date is a timeframe unless you pay extra for guaranteed pick up date. We did not pay extra because we had the flexibility. Earliest pick up date was 8/11 and driver contacted us to notify that pick up would be 8/15. Car was then delivered on 8/19. We had great communication with the driver. He always replied and followed instructions. Definitely will use again when needed.
