Car still with carrier, no delivery as promised today. 12+ hrs later, no response to update requests. Ignored by both Montway and carrier. The carrier still has my car. Delivery was promised today, but it never arrived. It’s now over 12 hours late with zero updates. Montway and the carrier have ignored every request for information. Montway customer support was rude and unhelpful, saying they'd email after contacting the carrier—still nothing after 5+ hours. If I don’t get an update soon, I’ll be forced to file a police report, legal complaint, and notify FMCSA. Why can’t anyone just tell me where my car is?
