Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for the frustration caused by the delayed communication and the issues surrounding your cancellation. Once an order is canceled, we process cancellation cancellation per our guidelines on our website. However, we want to clarify that the issues described here do not prevent other companies from posting your shipment on their load boards.
It’s possible that the difficulties you experienced with your new carrier stemmed from their own challenges securing transport. We take your feedback seriously and will review our internal processes to ensure smoother communication going forward.
