The additional fee you paid was for a guaranteed load date, ensuring your vehicle was picked up within a specific timeframe. While we always provide estimated delivery dates, exact delivery times can be affected by factors such as weather, road conditions, and carrier schedules—limitations that exist across the entire auto transport industry.
