We used Montway to ship our car from the NY area to Naples, Fla., where we are spending the winter. Someone I know had used them twice with good success. Overall, they did an excellent job. The car was picked up on the earliest date we requested and it arrived in Naples 4 days later. We had a tracking device in the car, so we were able to follow it, but they were very "user friendly" in terms of their communication before and during the shipment., including the day of the actual pickup and the actual delivery time. The only issue we had was during the online chat on the morning before our earliest scheduled pickup date. Since I hadn't heard from anyone about the actual pickup date, I was told by someone that if I hadn't heard from anyone by that point, the pickup day would not be the next day. A couple of hours later, I got an email saying in fact they WERE coming the next day, which kind of messed up some of my plans for the day, and a supervisor told me that the person from the online chat should not have told us what he did. With that minor glitch aside, they did a very good job, the car was delivered on time and in good order, and I would definitely use them again.
