Everything went as adtertised. A car carrier showed up in Raleigh, NC earlier than advertised. The driver inspected the car closely, took pictures, and loaded it up. Car arrived on the dock at LA, loaded onto a cargo ship (Matson), and went off to Hilo, HI. The car was available to pick up on the exact date that was listed on the website updates, even though it was an estimated date. My daughter took possession of the car, and said it looked just as it did the last day she saw it on the east coast. Great service!
