After a couple of small misunderstandings that were righted the next day, my vehicle was picked up two days later by a very nice driver. He explained the possible timelines 7-10 days but 6 days later it was in Las Vegas. He called ahead and alerted us to his arrival time.
First class service for about $100 more than the cheap ones with 52 business complaints. Highly recommended.
