Pretty darn close to perfect! I did A LOT of research to find the company I wanted to ship this car, I chose them. I was a bit hesitant because, surprisingly, their quote was the best (& they even lowered it a bit when I called to make reservation) but after much research I still wanted to go with them. Price didn?t change, which is a common complaint with a lot of other companies & when I shipped before (different company) it happened to me. They dispatched the car the next day for a pickup, even though I called on a Saturday. They picked up on estimated day & delivered it on estimated day. No damage, & very professional drivers on both sides (it did switch trucks, which I didn?t know would happen, but wasn?t an issue). My only issue was the lack of communication once dispatch email was sent to me, but thankfully they did just as they said they would do. I did contact customer service about lack of communication while in transit & they contacted brokered company right away & I had an update immediately. Overall, I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them & use them again!
