I can understand why these guys are one of the best if not, the best, in the industry. Getting a quote was very easy and moving forward with the payment, pickup and delivery even easier. The only hiccup I found was after confirming I wanted to move forward from the quote, the sales person did not mention the payment terms so I was shocked when the full amount was deducted from my account. I spoke to customer service and after some research on their end, they were able to refund me the difference as I changed payment methods. After that, getting updates via their chat room or automated email was easy and delightful. The driver gave me a 30 min window for pickup and told me the day he would dropoff, and he was on time! Overall great experience and staff was very patient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
