I paid last week Tuesday and set up shipment for a motorcycle It was paid and full and I have yet received a shipping date everyday I call I get a different answer. After over a week I just was told the location we set up to have the bike picked up they told me they would talk to trucking company to set up a different location I have yet to get any answer on where this location is at or when the big will be picked up I would never recommend this company to anyone if you want something ship in a timely matter or if you want good customer service this is very disappointing and because they fail at communication if I cancel they want to charge for canceling when it’s the company not doing their job so I’m suppose to get penalized for their lack of a company this is very frustration and pisses me off never never will I use this company or would I recommend this company to anyone
