Failure from day 1

I got a quote and phoned to book a pick-up. I spoke with a woman who said she put everything into the system and I would hear back. I never got a confirmation email and after 2 weeks I phoned back. I was transferred four times. The third person found the quote but nothing more then transferred me back to the second person who wanted to transfer me back to the third person, again. They could not find the order. It is my guess the first woman never entered the order onto the bulletin board and therefore nobody placed any bids to move my car. So after calling a month in advance of my move,I have to scramble to find another carrier.

Hello Rocco, we apologize for the inconvenience. After further review, we see what happened here. You booked your order with Montway on 6/14 and set your first available shipping date as 6/28. At this time you received an order confirmation email with all the details of your shipment. For any customer who does not see a company email, we would always advise checking your spam. If you still did not receive it, notify the company to resend it immediately. The reason our team couldn't assist is that they could not confirm your order with Montway. For the safety of our customers, we require specific information which you could not provide. From what I can see, we did dispatch your order to a qualified carrier. But it seems you decided to cancel. Again, we apologize for the confusion here. But at the end of the day, we have to make sure we are practicing proper customer security.
