Hello Rocco, we apologize for the inconvenience. After further review, we see what happened here. You booked your order with Montway on 6/14 and set your first available shipping date as 6/28. At this time you received an order confirmation email with all the details of your shipment. For any customer who does not see a company email, we would always advise checking your spam. If you still did not receive it, notify the company to resend it immediately.
The reason our team couldn't assist is that they could not confirm your order with Montway. For the safety of our customers, we require specific information which you could not provide.
From what I can see, we did dispatch your order to a qualified carrier. But it seems you decided to cancel. Again, we apologize for the confusion here. But at the end of the day, we have to make sure we are practicing proper customer security.
