Hello Paul, we're sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. We can confirm that you booked a guaranteed pickup. But guaranteed delivery was never booked. For all orders, we provide customers a service confirmation email, which finely details the services of which customers book. We also send periodic status updates via email so that customers are kept in the loop on transit times. We encourage customers to review their order confirmation contract in detail and ask any questions they may have.
