Hello Roland, we're sorry to hear of the inconvenience. Montway strives to work with the most professional carriers out there. We advise all customers at booking that all dates and times are estimated as truck drivers can be delayed for many reasons outside anyone's control. All customers should make the necessary preparations in the event that they may be unavailable to release or accept the vehicle.
