I shipped my car across country, while I was, myself, out of town. I chose this company because they offer door to door service. They couldn't get their big truck down my street to pick up the car from my house nor down the street to deliver the car to the new address. However, they chose a location (big, public parking lot) to meet for car pick up and delivery. The only challenge I had was organizing someone to take the car to picking up spot and someone to be at the delivery spot to drive the car to the new home. The company realized I needed time to make those plans and allowed me that time to get things together. Every time I called them, they answered or called me immediately back. They were on time and friendly. Highly recommend them.
