Stay Away from this company... HORRIBLE

This company doesn't even deserve a one star. That said BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of hiring them and it caused nothing but headaches. First of all they are BROKERS and hire other people to move your car, this means they have ZERO control of where and when your car will be delivered. As such any ETA's they give you are only as good as the incompetent trucking companies that they hire. They were scheduled to deliver my car on a Sat or Sun 1800 miles from my home, however as of Tuesday the week preceding that they still hadn't picked up my car. I was about to cancel but they promised they'd get it picked up ASAP but delivery would be Mon or the latest Tuesday (3-4 days later than initially promised). For some reason I agreed to this, on Friday of that week we got an email saying the delivery was pushed to Wednesday, now 4 days late. It's here that they began explaining how they are a broker and don't actually own the trucks that driver your car, they hire other companies to do it. Therefore, I'd need to call them. We didn't get 1 single update on the loads progress and when I called to inquire they couldn't get in touch with the company they hired and so didn't have any idea. They don't track your car at all, unless you call. Anyway, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY fro
