I had purchased a 2020 BMW M550i Xdrive from a buyer in NJ. I live in Florida. I had decided to use a enclosed car carrier. Everything that was promised by montway was delivered on. There updates through there website chat app allowed me to quickly get the answers I needed. I'm actually in the transportation and logistics industry so my standards are probably a bit higher than others. I would use montway again without a doubt. They have great customer service people and were very responsive. Anytime i asked them to get in touch with the driver they did it. I also had the option to do it myself. Don't waste your time looking all over the internet to find the right auto transporter, JUST GO WITH MONTWAY.
