Great broker but be flexible!

The Monty people are fantastic...Especially: Lesly.Very helpful. However, keep in mind that they are only the brokers and you have to deal with the specific trucking company that they assign your car to carry. They cannot give a specific day or time to pick up. Our carrier was in an accident and was further delayed by needing "air bags" repaired. Also, this is not curb to curb delivery. I had to drive about 3-4 miles to get my car as the truck could not "make it to my house".All in all, they got the job done, but it was 2-3 days late and not much on communi=cation. My advise is to frequently call Monday and get a status...that way you can kind plan the delivery. Having said that I probably would use them again as long as Lesly helped me!
