I shipped my car from California to Texas about two weeks ago. I called the customer services. The representative helped me place the request. A few days later, a driver was confirmed and I was contacted to set an appointment on when and where to pick the car. I drove my car to the place we agreed to meet on the day, as their big car is not possible to drive to small alley I lived. They estimated the car would be arriving In about 6 days. They contacted me a day before arriving and they shipped my car on the estimated day to a shopping mall parking lot just beside where I am living now. Good service.
