I am writing this review so that other potential customers would have some credentials to read and decide if they can go ahead with this company. Montway has great customer service. Their epresentatives were patient and resourceful for me. I was assigned a truck driver from M & M Automotive Transport to get my car to Arkansas from Charlotte. The driver Mike and his business partner & wife, Mary were both great people. They were flexible to my timings and situation. Mary kept me updated all the while. So, good on Montway for assigning a qualifying driver to me. I was charged exactly the amount I was quoted including insurance. I am happy with that. All that said, I was assigned a driver roughly after 10 days I placed my order. That was a bit long wait. Also, the car was scheduled to pick up 3 days after the initial available day. I would have given 5 stars if they were able to find a driver to pick and deliver the car sooner, atleast 3 days sooner. But, my delivery destination was bit uncommon. So, I kind of understand the delay. Bottom line: Would definitely recommend.
