I was offered a great job in Arizona, and had to move my car from DC. This move took place over Christmas 2018. I had just bought my car over Thanksgiving weekend, and was worried about the transport to Arizona. it was a used car, but with very few miles (5000) and was in otherwise pristine condition. My concern included my move being over the holidays, and with bad weather a surety on the trek from DC to Flagstaff, AZ. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the entire process. From initial contact via the website, to follow up calls to ensure the details of the transport: time and pick up places, as well as drop off places. I was also unsure of the exact destination address, as I hadn't found a place to live in Flagstaff, but everyone worked with me, and it turned out to not be an issue. I dropped my car off with the driver of the open transport on Christmas day, the 25th. He was very professional, taking careful note of scratches I hadn't even noticed upon purchasing the car from the dealer. The car was delivered on the 29th, only because terrible weather had shut down the interstate east of Flagstaff. My car arrived safe and sound, only a bit dirty (all that weather through which it travelled!) just four or so days after I dropped it off. This was a 2200+ mile transport! I can only speak for my experience with Montway, but I am very pleased with the service.
