They should pick there brokers more carefully

I called Montaway Auto transporters to have my vehicle shipped , they told me all their shippers are held to the high standard they they brokered the move to M&A Auto shipping , so I decided to take their recommendation, they were more money but I wanted it to go smooth so I booked Thur them , things went terribly bad , car was not delivered to address on contract , it was left in the middle of a busy road next to the double yellow line this made it very dangerous for person picking the car up , another car could have rear ended my car , now when car is dropped off, a inspection has to be done , how do you do a inspection in the middle of a busy road , car had damage , the car carrier was leaking hydraulic fluid , I sent the driver (M&A) a text to let him know I was not happy where he left the car , he called me up and said GO F**K YOURSELF 3 TIMES , made snide remarks to me about the person picking up car , a good friend . I told Montaway about damage they said they have insurance not to worry and to send them pics to their claims Dept. I did all this I tried calling manager for over 3 weeks and send emails she would not return my calls or answer my emails , then they wait 3 weeks to tell me they are not responsible for damage and tell me I have only 15 days from delivery to go after the car shipper that they had picked , I have pics of where car was left and the person that received the car has wittiness that told him you are not in a good spot , and asked what are you doing in the middle of the road , that work for the town , I never paid so much money and been treated so miserably bad , I called Montaway and told them I paid more to avoid a bad experience, she told me when it comes to shipping a car if you pay more that’s not the way it works.
I welcome contact from Montaway we can discuss these matters , I know from experience the manager do not like returning calls , so I do not expect to hear from you A very sad costumer upsetting experience , The only good thing about this whole mess is that no one got seriously hurt , the middle of a busy street is not a unloading or loading zone !!!! , Why do a contract if nobody follows it !!!! M&A shipping was the Company Montaway brokered to handle this mess since most vehicles are move Thur a broker .
