I moved before the car was shipped, so my neighbor gave my car to the shipper. Photos were taken and the handoff was a piece of cake. I asked for a two hour window on pick up so my neighbor would not be inconvenienced and they were able to do that for me. They were also able to deliver the car a day early and called to give me an estimated time. They were here exactly when they said. They got the car unloaded quickly. I paid them and they were off. It was a very easy process. I would definitely use them again
