We apologize for the inconvenience caused. After reviewing the carrier's profile prior to assigning them to your vehicle, it was discovered that they were no longer up to our standards and for the safety of your vehicle we did not assign them. We are sorry that our team did not update you on this and that you had to cancel. We are more than happy to keep working on getting your vehicle transported if you still need to.
