After having a bad experience with another shipper(couldn't find me a driver), Matt took my info late afternoon and said he thought he could find a driver within the next day. Matt called me the next morning, assigned me a driver, gave me the driver's name, cell # and said he would call me on his way to arrange a pickup time by Friday. Aaron, the driver, called me Thursday afternoon and said he would be arriving by noon on Friday, my requested pickup day. He arrived on time, loaded the vehicle and said he would be in Cheney by Friday. He delivered as planned. All went perfect for us. I would use Montway again without any concern. I have told this story to a number of military people stationed at the largest military facility in the world. Job well done, Montway, Matt and Aaron!!
