My first time using Montway. Super professional service between their online estimate tool and phone calls. Everyone was very efficient. Much better than any of my previous shippers. Once ordered, everything pretty much went as planned. Car was picked up in the window they provided. Once it was picked up, I was emailed and updated. The delivery was later than anticipated, but once again I was emailed updates to inform me of that. My car must've been under a vehicle with oil leak, so it had some substantial oil on the hood, roof and rear bumper. Car was very dirty...but that is to be expected from 1500+ miles on the back of an 18 wheeler. I was given the actual driver's cell to talk to which was nice. The driver did try to say he couldn't drop it at my house due to the tight roads (at first) but I was able to change his mind as my cross street is a truck route. A friend and I just stopped traffic briefly so he could back out - no big deal at all. (Not my first rodeo!) All in all I am very happy with both the price, high level service and overall experience. I will absolutely use Montway & FBI Express again!
