While the pick-up of our VW convertible and F150 long-bed pick-up was delayed by a day, the driver picked up the vehicles, loaded them onto the carrier (which impressed the heck out of my neighbor), and conducted a thorough examination of both vehicles to the satisfaction of my delegate. I received confirmation emails from Montway that the vehicles had been picked up and were in transit. The vehicles were delivered a day early by the most courteous and efficient driver, Dennis. Dennis was chatty, but unloaded the cars quickly. Dirty, but no damage at all. I had a receipt sent to my email address, and it was all done within six days. My compliments. The Montway representative was helpful and efficient from the get-go. This was a very positive experience for us. Many thanks!
