These guys are great, Had no idea what to expect - as i don't commonly ship my car home. Point Blank: these guys are a well oiled machine - there was a delay due to an 8" snow storm in my area - totally understandable. Customer service was extremely accommodation - even on SUNDAY - and were able to link me directly by phone to the transport driver so I could pin point a time to meet him. Worked perfectly! Though they are offering me a restaurant certificate or the site is - it doesn't matter - i wouldn't change my opinion - would highly recommend them certificate or not. If i have a situation like this again - I would not hesitate to call Montway again.
