This was the first time I've used and sort of vehicle transport company and I was nervous. I requested that a 2010 Mercedes C300 be transported from Texas to Florida. From the start, the customer service was top-notch and very helpful. I ended up changing the pickup and drop off location because of space on the road. This was not a problem. I spoke to real people and if I emailed them, they responded within 24 hours. I am thoroughly impressed and plan on using them in the future if I need to transport anything cross-country.
