The car was dirty because it was an open carry, which I expected considering the current weather. My car was in the same condition I handed it over to the driver in.
Even if I had the wrong pick up address and was an hr late to meet the driver he was still professional. My first experience with car shipping from a DIFFERENT company went terribly wrong. I was more than pleased w the ease of this process.
