I have shipped many cars and Montway is way above the others in terms of service and looking out for their customers. We had some challenges with the person at the pickup location as well as the first trucking company. Montway was my advocate with the trucking company and bent over backwards to help me and make sure my needs were addressed on what turned out to be a very challenging pickup (which was in no way Montway's fault).

The only thing I scored them medium on was promptness and that is because sometimes there is a little wait time on the phone. Nothing more than a few minutes though.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and yes, I am supposed to get a $50 gift certificate for completing this survey but I would have done it anyways. Feel free to contact me if you want more information about the level of service Montway provides. I will definately use them again for my next vehicle move.
