One thing I especially appreciated about this carrier was that they communicated clearly with me their original location, and dropoff route, so we could find the most convenient place for me to meet them to drop off my vehicle and to pick it up. Because it was much cheaper for me to have my car shipped from and delivered to a major city, I opted for that in my reservation. And then when I began communicating with the carrier they informed me that they were located closer to me, than the major city, and wouldn't it be easier for me to bring it to them than the city - this was wonderful for me, and resulted in much less overall driving for all of us. I was very appreciative of their creativity and flexibility, and open communication.
