I've never shipped a car before, so I have nothing to compare this to. All of my dealings with Montway directly were SUPERB! They were upfront, honest, and responsive. Once they had assigned me to a broker, the broker was fine too. Nothing to write home about, but nothing horrible either. Originally I was told the broker would pick up my car on Thursday morning between 8am and 11am. The broker called me on Wednesday asking if he could pick up my car that day- which thankfully I was packed and ready to go early so it was fine. I was contacted around 3pm in the afternoon and after much back and forth with the driver we finally were able to find a location and get my car on the truck around 9:30pm. The driver was very thorough in checking over the vehicle and putting it on the truck. Then I got a call the following Monday from a rather exhausted driver saying he'd be able to deliver my car to me that day. Again, the window originally mentioned was between 3:30pm to 4:00pm but ended up driving it over around 6pm. Overall I thought that this was a good experience because I have heard horror stories about people shipping vehicles. Nothing is ever perfect, but I only give excellent for perfect. The most important thing is that my vehicle arrived in perfect condition (just a little dirty from the cross country trip). If you're okay with having to be flexible with timing, then this is A+. If you cannot be flexible, then this might not work for you.
