I think I can claim Montway Auto Transport is one of the best (if not the best) because I have used their service TWICE now and I have been very pleased with both experiences. Both experiences were cross country shipments from California to Virginia (coast to coast).

Montway provides a professional, customer-oriented service that delivers at a fair and reasonable price at the time slot they determine. With a friendly phone staff that is there to answer your questions and needs, Montway also sends out milestone emails on what you can expect and who will be picking up your car.

Easy process: requested a quote, received a follow up call within an hour (if not within minutes), Montway finds a dispatch company to coordinate to pick up your car locally, dispatch gets situated within 3 days or so, dispatch picks up on your earliest available date, delivers within 4 days or so (if it a cross country trek, like mine that was from CA to VA), then car arrives.

The trucker who picked up my car (Zura from Starway Logistic LLC) was the same person who dropped off my car, so there was no need for my vehicle to be transferred between trucks on this trip, even though it was long cross country trip. He was friendly, professional and took care of my vehicle.
