Very easy to work with. They told me it would take 1 to 5 days to find room on a transport - took them 3 days. Had it picked up one day and delivered the next. Would have given perfect scored, but slightly slow on communication day of pickup. Didn't get picked up until 9pm. Other than that - was good.
