This was my first timer ever using a car transporter. I knew nothing about them, so I googled it and filled out some information that requested quotes from different transporters. I received 3 quotes , 2 quotes were $800 and $950 and the Montway quote was $629. I was a little hesitant because of the low price. But, after reading reviews from here and Yelp , I decided to go with Montway. I was NOT disappointed in anyway !!! I spoke with a customer rep named David , he was great, polite and professional. I needed to changed the original zip which increase my quote $10 to $639 , still way cheaper then the other quotes. Everything was set, gave my CC information and now just waited for a follow-up email once the pick-up date got closer. Once the actual car transport company was contracted ( Nationwide Transport ) , I received an email from Montway giving me all the information I needed, phone numbers for the company and the driver !! I received an call from the actual transport company saying they would pick my car 1 to 2 days after the date I picked . That was quicker then I anticipated. The day before pick up , the driver called and verified information and also where to meet. The next morning he called to verify the pick up time. Drove my new car to him and Russ the driver was GREAT. We both walk around the car and he noted any little nicks or damaged on the Bill of landing. He loaded the car and he said should be in NY on Tuesday, I said AWESOME. I then received an email from Montway saying my deliver date had changed to Thursday, which I was ok with. Then I got a call from Russ on Tuesday saying he was in NY and was an hr away from my delivering point. WOW !! He was on time !!! I met Russ at a different delivering point cause of all the tress in my neighborhood , which I was ok was. When I showed up, car was unloaded , car was dirty with road spray, salt, but I guess that is expected , I should of paid extra for a top spot. He allowed me to walk around the car to inspected , no damage of any type. I paid Russ the difference I owe in cash and everything was completed. I then drove the car to the car wash and again everything was ok. All in all , AWESOME experience with Montway !!!
