Overall, I had a pleasant experience dealing with Montway Auto Transport. The day after I scheduled a pickup online, I received a phone call confirming a date and time for pick-up. The pick-up was in the allotted days, and the communication before the pick-up was prompt and efficient. Where the communication started to get fuzzy was during transport. I had to call a number of times to get an estimated drop-off date. When the drop-off date came and went, I had to call again to see where my car was because I had not received any notification. Once the driver called me with the drop-off time, though, it was quick and painless. When my car arrived, it was dirty, which was to be expected since I had it on an open truck. Overall, I would recommend this company.
