Quick, On-Time Service; Communication Could Have Been Better

Spoke to Montway and scheduled a pickup on 4/25. Quote was $650 for Las Cruces, NM to Houston, TX. Pickup and delivery were timely, although the delivery actually came a few hours earlier than scheduled. The only minor qualm I had involved communicating with the actual driver, since Montway is a broker and the trucking service didn't return 2 messages. Montway was able to get in touch with the driver, but it would have been better had I been able to communicate with the driver on delivery times. Would use again as the quote was reasonable and pickup and delivery were timely with no issues.
