After reading quite a few horror stories I decided to go with a local broker/carrier. Having an office nearby was somewhat more comforting than dealing with someone strictly over the phone. Everything happened exactly as promised. The driver was prompt with pick-up and delivery, was also very thorough in documenting all existing damage on the car. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
