We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and share our response to your complaints ...
1. Yes, you can't set an exact date for pick-up unless you pay extra and the bid we've submitted had a 5 day pick-up window and you accepted that window. We were very clear about that from the beginning and I don't know why this is coming out now as a complaint!?
2. This was also accepted by you and it was mentioned to you before you accept the bid, then after you accepted it we did specify that on the phone with you and then sent you an email about it. You were well aware of the payment terms and methods.
3. Most people will be happy to get their car delivered couple of days ahead and we do understand that everybody has certain schedule ( work, personal affairs etc ) , but we never guaranteed delivery on 28th! It was estimated to be around the 28th.
We did everything the way it's suppose to be, but it seems we couldn't make you happy and I would like to apologize and promise that we will try harder next time.
