Overall, the transporting of my auto was an excellent experience. I didn't know what to expect but my requested window for the transport was achieved. The car was picked up and delivered with a friendly shipper and the process was simple. If I could ask for anything, it would have been a more coordinated communication. The email communication was not as timely or accurate as I would have liked. In the end, it all worked out and I am very pleased.
