I'll admit I may have been a bit of a troublesome customer. Montway told me they needed a 5 day window for pickup, and I assumed it wouldn't be within the first 2 days. It was, and that meant I wouldn't be in the area for pickup when it arrived, so I called again and told them my situation. They cancelled my pickup and managed to get a driver forthe day I needed!

The driver (his name was Bo I think) was GREAT. My bimmer was lowered and had
Car showed up looking GREAT without ANY problems. I cannot say enough for both Montway and Bo. A+++++
